I had nearly forgotten about HUGO and the strange events in the forest...not even thinking about strange sounds and shadows - as a letter appeared on my desk...
"We are in danger - please help us! HUGO" it said...pictures of strange beings followed the words - and I had to go to the forest again....what had happened to the Trolls - and could I really do anything?

Hugo winked at me and told me to sit down - and be quiet...I did as he asked...and exactly 11 minutes later I was getting quite tired of sitting on moist moss on a rock in the forest! But then something happended....I began to listen...distant voices was twittering words...
Hugo nodded...I was beginning to sense something...
He told me I had to come to this excact spot every day - and sit and listen for at least 11 minutes...
I was getting curious - was there really something - had there really been voices? I wondered - and I wondered if I would take me this time - every day? That was something - I had my job and my everyday stuff...but I was really really curious....

Day one in Troll Village

When I came to Trolll Village it did not look like a Troll Village - actually I didn´t even think it was a Village...it was just a forest...and not even a very nice looking one...
Hugo showed up and vinked at me - we had an agreement that I should come to his home and visit him...
He told me that Troll´s are invisible to humans - only the most creative and imaginative humans had a chance to see Trolls and thus Troll Village...
I was a bit upset - "I have been making Games for Kids for Years", I said, "nothing is wrong with my imagination."
Hugo laughed and told me that only kids would have enough imagination to see Trolls today...many years ago, adults were able to see them as well - but in the modern world we had lost the ability to "see"...
I asked Hugo if there was a way for me to learn the secret - and he told me he would help me - because he needed me to tell other adults about the secret world...

This is the story about a Troll called Hugo about developing games for Kids and trying to get to the Global market with an IP known to a lot of people 15 years ago :)

Hugo has been through a lot (poor Troll) had a lot of owners and had a lot of friends during the years.

I am now the lucky Warden of this very special Troll - and I promise to help him along as good as I can....

But I think I need at little help - and anyone interested in helping Hugo and I to get around the world are more than welcome to join this journey....

This blog is about Hugo - but it is also about Game Developing.

I have been a Game Developer on more than 30 full PC title Kids games during the last 10 years - but to be honest Games in Danish does not get played a lot by other than Danish people. I love to make games and it is a passion as well as a profession. I think that I now have a chance to show the rest of the World some of the ideas kept within the Danish borders...and I think I am ready to go on an Adventure with my new friend Hugo...
